Hi, I’m Bree (she/her)! 

I’ve been working behind the chair since 2005. The last 18 years have been a wild ride within the industry and I’m so thankful for all the experience I’ve gained. 

I started my early career working for an education-based company where I was able to help train all our new staff members and eventually earn the title of Educational Director for our multiple locations. I’m thankful that I found my passion for learning early in my career. I’ve been able to travel from California to New York and even London and Italy for work over the years. Brands I’ve worked with include; Toni&Guy, Sassoon, TiGi, and Aveda.

I landed in Portland in 2013 and expanded my skill set into the world of color and haven’t looked back yet. I love the easy natural flow of working with my hands and creating shapes that are perfectly tailored to each individual. I can create soft, lived-in looks and structured precision shapes—I just love cutting in general. 

As far as color, my passion sits in natural palettes. I enjoy creating seamless blended looks. The art of subtlety enhancing what you already have is where I feel most inspired. However, my clientele ranges from vibrant coppery reds, blonde balayage, and all sorts of warm brunettes with dimension. 

One of my favorite aspects of hairdressing is the long-term meaningful relationships I’ve been able to build with people over the years. I pride myself on being a good listener and will do my best to make sure your needs are always met, that you’re seen, and feel safe when you’re in my chair.

When I’m not in the shop, I really try to pack it in. Spending time with my family; my spouse Ash, our most perfect tiny human name Afton (Affie), and our two wild and lovable pups Harriette and Edward. Pre-parenthood I spent my summers backpacking and finding rad new places to explore; I’m really hoping to find a new way to camp this summer and integrate our newest family member. I enjoy reading anything and everything…if you like it, I’d like to read it. I love everything our city has to offer; so you’ll find me trying to check out all the new food spots, soaking in all the pools, hiking, thrifting, and seeing live music.
